Commission-Based About the Position We're looking for an energetic, motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is driven to achieve goals, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle, guide them through the purchasing process, and build lasting relationships that bring customers back to our dealership. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner. Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives. Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and available programs. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers. Develop and maintain a strong customer base through phone, email, and other communication channels. Work closely with the sales management and finance teams to complete transactions. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the dealership CRM. Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the initial greeting through delivery and follow-up. Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
