Professional Conway, AR 1st Shift $40/Hour Job Details We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our client's growing team in Conway, Arkansas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to represent a respected 503B manufacturer and play a key role in driving revenue and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is confident in building relationships over the phone, and is passionate about delivering results. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective and existing customers, primarily within the healthcare industry, and promoting high-quality pharmaceutical products. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing teams
Present and promote 503B pharmaceutical products and services with confidence and product knowledge
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth
Manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunities through a CRM system
Collaborate with management to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and account development plans
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role preferred
Experience in 503B, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales is a plus
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a desire to exceed targets
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems
