Overview Are you a sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We're seeking an energetic and motivated Used Car Manager specializing in Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) operations to lead our pre-owned vehicle sales and financing programs. In this role, you will drive sales growth, manage inventory, build strong customer relationships, and oversee the entire used car department. Duties Lead the used vehicle sales process, ensuring high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and effective communication. Manage inventory control, including sourcing, pricing, and maintaining an attractive selection of pre-owned vehicles aligned with market demand. Develop and nurture customer relationships by providing exceptional service, explaining financing options, and upselling additional products or services to maximize deal value. Oversee the entire deal-closing process, utilizing strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, cold calling, and community engagement to generate new leads. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow up on prospects, and support ongoing customer engagement strategies. Lead a sales team by providing coaching on sales techniques, public speaking for presentations or events, and fostering a motivated environment focused on achieving dealership goals. Requirements Proven experience in automotive dealership sales management or retail automotive sales with a focus on used cars and financing options. Strong background in outside sales, negotiation, and deal closing within the automotive industry. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through upselling, inventory management, and effective client communication. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking abilities, and customer service excellence. Join our team!
