Corestone Roofing & Construction — Central Arkansas Corestone Roofing & Construction is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, professionally, and to Corestone's high standards. Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from contract through completion Coordinate with homeowners, sales representatives, crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and insurance companies Schedule and coordinate material deliveries and installation crews Conduct job-site inspections and monitor project progress Ensure work is completed according to the approved scope of work and company standards Identify and address issues or changes that arise during the project Communicate project updates clearly and professionally with homeowners and internal team members Review completed work and ensure jobs are ready for final inspection and closeout Help coordinate insurance-related supplements and additional approved work when necessary Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, measurements, and job records Ensure job sites are kept safe, clean, and professional Help maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire roofing process Hold crews and subcontractors accountable for quality, timelines, and professionalism Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Knowledge of residential roofing systems and construction practices Experience working with insurance restoration is a plus Ability to read and understand scopes of work and project documentation Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and communication Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and travel to various job sites throughout Central Arkansas What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects and understands that customer service, quality workmanship, and communication are just as important as getting the job completed. Pay:
