Jones Ford Buckeye is hiring an experienced Bilingual Spanish-English Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-volume dealership team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while providing a professional, personalized experience.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Build rapport and identify customer needs Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits Follow up with Internet leads, phone leads, and showroom customers Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up activities Prospect for new business and generate repeat and referral customers Negotiate and close vehicle sales Complete sales paperwork accurately Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and dealership departments Stay current on Ford products, financing options, incentives, and dealership promotions Participate in sales meetings, training, and dealership events Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

1-2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience Fluent Spanish and English communication skills Proven ability to close sales and negotiate effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership Basic computer and CRM experience Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass required background check and drug screening Must be 21 years of age or older
