Dynamic and highly-motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to lead critical patient engagement initiatives. Bilingual in English and Spanish? You'll use your skills to connect effortlessly, build trust, and keep every patient interaction smooth and engaging. Our Outbound Sales Representatives are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing patients to maximize exposure and engagement. Energetic and personable phone skills are a must. Key success indicators for our Outbound Sales Representatives are based on closing gaps in care and marked progress towards ideal health outcomes. • Key Attributes & Essential Functions; You must: Possess great communication skills Build and maintain relationships with new and existing patients Function independently, make decisions, problem solve, and utilize resources as necessary to exceed goals Manage multiple databases of demographic information to maximize engagement with all eligible patients Schedule patients for services needed to close gaps in care and achieve targeted health outcomes Take an organized and efficient approach to all projects Demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with precision and compassion It would be great if you.
