Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00

Escrow and Options Manager Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Escrow Coordinator to manage the contract-to-close process while supporting sales operations. This role ensures accurate contract processing, escrow coordination, CRM management, reporting, and website updates to support a seamless buyer experience. Key Responsibilities Contract and Escrow Coordination
  • Process new contracts and maintain organized digital files in SharePoint
  • Track earnest money deposits, contingencies, and closing timelines
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and internal departments
  • Send closing letters and review settlement statements and commission instructions
  • Maintain escrow reports, sales logs, and related documentation
  • Update interactive site maps for new sales and inventory homes CRM, Lead Management and Sales Support
  • Manage and assign inbound leads within Lasso CRM
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and assist with lead follow-up tracking
  • Assist with inbound sales calls and prospect qualification
  • Complete CMA data entry and updates Website, Listings and Digital Sales Assets
  • Maintain and update website inventory including available homes, pricing and community information
  • Audit website, MLS and construction management software for accuracy
  • Order, manage and organize photography assets for homes and communities
  • Maintain structured folders for listing photos, floor plans, site maps and other sales collateral
  • Assist with the creation and updating of marketing collateral, including flyers and sales materials Sales Operations and Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized internal sales documentation and shared file systems; communicate updates and changes to the sales team as needed
  • Assist with preparing sales reports, inventory updates and internal dashboards Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in escrow, real estate transactions, or sales administration preferred
  • Strong understanding of contract timelines and closing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
  • Arizona real estate license is required.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
