Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door to Door - Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through door to door prospecting. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Duties Conduct neighborhood farming to prospective clients using sales training and our CRM software to generate new business opportunities Utilize FollowUpBoss and other sales technology tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update client information accurately Overcome objections, and help handoff and close deals efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Maintain high levels of customer service during all client interactions, ensuring clear communication and professionalism Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates Collaborate with team members to share best practices, improve sales strategies, and achieve team targets Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical products Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Proficiency in CRM systems such as FUB or similar platforms for managing client data and sales pipelines Demonstrated ability to conduct warm calling and outbound outreach while maintaining a professional demeanor
