This is not a behind-the-scenes marketing position. This is an active, people-facing role for someone who enjoys starting conversations, meeting new people, working toward goals, and earning bonuses based on performance. What You'll Actually Be Doing As a Retail Field Marketer, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments for our Design Team.
Your day will include:
Approaching and engaging Walmart shoppers. Starting conversations with people you have never met. Creating interest in windows, doors, bath, and shower remodeling. Identifying homeowners who may be interested in improving their home. Explaining current promotions and special offers. Qualifying potential customers. Scheduling qualified in-home appointments for our Design Team. Representing Everlasting Window & Door + Bath & Shower professionally and enthusiastically. Working toward individual and team performance goals. You may also have opportunities to represent our company at home shows, community events, expos, and other promotional events. Compensation $18.00 per hour guaranteed base pay + performance bonuses. Your income can increase based on the appointments and results you generate. Top-performing representatives can earn $25-$40+ per hour when base pay and performance bonuses are combined. The more successful you are at creating qualified appointments, the greater your earning potential.
