Outside Sales Representative - Commission Only Prescott Glow is a locally owned exterior cleaning company serving Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey-Humboldt. We handle window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof soft-washing, solar panel cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and critter proofing — all run by three hands-on owner-partners, not a call center. We've built a 5.0-star reputation on honest, no-pressure quotes and quality work. We're looking for an experienced outside sales rep to bring in new residential customers across the Quad Cities. This is a 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor role — you set your own schedule and control your own income. Pay 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor role. No cap on earnings. What you'll do Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and local networking Follow up on inbound leads from our website and phone line Give homeowners accurate on-site or phone estimates across our full service menu Help customers bundle services for the best value Track your leads, quotes, and closed deals accurately Represent Prescott Glow with honest, no-pressure selling — that's core to how we operate What we're looking for Sales Experience Preferred.
