$20/hr base plus uncapped commission. Our consultants have typically earned around $60,000 in their first year, and one earned $80,000. We run three galleries in
Sedona:
Creative Gateways Gallery (contemporary art, jewelry, sculpture and glass), the Creative Gateways Showroom , and Rowe Fine Art Gallery (museum-quality wildlife bronze and landscape fine art). Together they make one campus and one team. We're hiring two Sales Consultants. We don't want hosts who wait for the door to swing.
We want real salespeople:
people who find out what a collector actually wants, ask for the sale, follow up, and build a book of clients who come back for years. We also run an honorable floor. We earn what is accurate, nothing more and nothing less. We don't pressure people who shouldn't buy, and we don't fail to connect with those who should. Clients are documented and protected, teammates hand off warmly, and nobody competes in front of a guest. What you'll do Meet collectors and first-time visitors, learn their stories, and match them with work they'll live with for decades. Own your client relationships over the long term: first conversation, acquisition, delivery and follow-up. Build your own pipeline through referrals, past clients, designers and events. Keep meticulous records in our CRM. Promises made are promises kept. Tell the stories behind our artists, from bronze casting to contemporary glass. Work gallery events, including our monthly First Friday evenings. Who you are A proven seller. You've carried a number in sales, luxury retail, design, hospitality sales or something similar, and you know your numbers. Art experience is a plus, not a requirement. Energized by commission, not scared of it. The ceiling is yours to set. Someone who follows up. Contacts get logged, calls get returned, and clients hear from you. Honest. You'd rather lose a sale than sell someone the wrong piece. Available for at least 30 hours a week, including weekends, holidays and event evenings. What we offer $20/hour base plus uncapped commission. First-year earnings have typically been around $60,000, with a top first year of $80,000. Weekly sales meetings and personal coaching from leadership with three decades of sales and sales-training experience, whenever you ask for it. Museum-quality work in one of America's great art destinations. A team culture built on collaboration, documented client ownership and fairness, not floor politics.
