Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repair Technician and Sales Associate to join our team. We're looking for someone to work part time , with the option to eventually move to full-time work.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices Perform hardware and software troubleshooting. Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, and other parts. Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately. Provide excellent customer service and support. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep up-to-date with the latest product releases and repair techniques.

Requirements:

Strong technical skills and knowledge of Apple hardware and software. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and precision in repairs. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in repair (preferred but not required).
