New Build Representative This is a full-time Territory Sales role designed for motivated sales professionals who are ready to take their career to the next level. This position focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with new home sales agents, property managers, leasing agents, and key stake-holders within open-trench and MDU communities to generate referral sales and expand Wyyerd Fiber's customer base. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and working independently throughout an assigned territory. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills. Previous telecom, fiber, residential sales, business development, or property management experience is a significant plus. Responsibilities Successfully complete training. (Paid training!) Establish and maintain relationships with community managers Drive referrals in new build open trench / MDU Running & coordinating events within assigned communities Excellent customer service. Coordinating with management to share weekly plans. Coordinating with other departments to effectively deliver the best service. Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field. Identifying and driving strategic sales opportunities targeted to Open Trench / MDU communities. Promoting a positive reputation and brand image for Wyyerd in the marketplace. Other duties as assigned Experience/Qualifications Work experience in telecommunication sales is preferred but not necessary. Proven sales experience Familiar with customer record systems, processes and practices Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders Ability to adapt to a changing environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Preference given to individuals living in close proximity to our office Valid Drivers License Required
