WHAT YOU LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
Bolthouse Fresh Foods is seeking a Principal Development Lead - Integration to lead the design, development, architecture, and support of enterprise integrations across Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, EDI platforms, APIs, and AI-enabled automation. The role will provide technical leadership for enterprise solutions connecting JD Edwards with internal and external business systems while driving modernization, reliability, and scalability.
JOB DUTIES
. Own enterprise integration architecture for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Lead design, development, deployment, and support of JD Edwards Orchestrator solutions including Service Requests, Rules, Notifications, Schedules, and AIS Server integrations. Architect and develop integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON and XML. Design and support EDI/AS2 integrations including 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 846, 860, 864, 940, 943, 944, 945, 947 and 997 transactions. Develop integrations between JD Edwards and ReposiTrak (RP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Power BI, Salesforce, MES, planning systems, customer/vendor portals and third-party logistics providers. Lead API strategy, integration standards, monitoring, logging, security and governance. Provide advanced JDE development including Business Functions, UBE, Interactive Applications, Orchestrator, BSSV, Tables, Business Views and Event Rules. Drive AI adoption by evaluating and implementing AI-assisted development, intelligent document processing, predictive monitoring, automated testing, and developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure AI where appropriate. Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams to deliver scalable business solutions. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and lead technical design sessions. Provide production support, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills and Abilities:
10+ years Oracle, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development JD Edwards Orchestrator design and development Dell Boomi AtomSphere Microsoft Azure Integration Services Enterprise API development (REST/SOAP) EDI X12 and AS2 IBM Sterling/Open Text SQL Server and Oracle databases Power BI Intergration Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD Strong Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance knowledge. Strong analytical, documentation, leadership, architecture and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with deep knowledge of supply chain modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Management, Distribution). 8+ years of experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions in a large-scale ERP environment and demonstrated experience with Boomi, Azure, Orchestrator, APIs and EDI in a large enterprise environment. Candidates must have a verifiable history of safe vehicle operation and meet company standards for driving eligibility. This includes maintaining a clean driving record, which will be verified through a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
JD Edwards certification or formal training. Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or other ERP platforms is a plus. IBM Sterling/OpenText experience Experience with AI solutions, Azure AI services, GitHub Copilot, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft certifications, Boomi Professional/Architect certification, and enterprise architecture leadership. Lean Six Sigma or supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
Physical Demands:
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions. Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist. Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 40 lbs. Operate office equipment requires repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard
Hours and Workdays:
1 st shift (8:00am-5:00pm) Monday through Friday, when business requires before/after hours will be mandatory, on-call, and on rotation.
