We are hiring experienced, motivated, and opportunity-creating sales professionals for our Canoga Park location. This is an inside sales role with a hybrid track : as you grow into the position, you'll earn one dedicated day per week in the field for outreach, jobsite visits, designer/contractor appointments, and relationship building. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with no cap once performance thresholds are reached. We offer health insurance after 90 days and a 401(k) . What You'll Do Master our tile, stone, and specialty products Guide homeowners, designers, and contractors through material selection Proactively greet and engage showroom clients Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups Track and manage orders and keep clients updated Support teammates when their clients need assistance Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished showroom Restock inventory and ensure accurate pricing Handle basic store operations (POS, opening/closing, inventory) Learn and apply modern retail and design-driven sales techniques Field Day (Hybrid Component): Make outbound calls to active trade professionals Visit local designers, contractors, and job sites Drop off samples and introduce our showroom offerings Build new pipelines and expand referral networks Take initiative to generate opportunities — phone, email, social, in-person What We're Looking For A self-starter who thrives in a commission-driven environment Someone who wants to hunt , not wait for walk-ins Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organization and follow-through Ability to distinguish styles, colors, finishes, and textures Basic math and computer/POS skills Experience in flooring, home improvement, interior design, furniture, construction, or retail sales is a strong plus Eye for design or interest in the design/remodeling industry Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Job Type Full-Time Compensation:
