By leading sales conversations and helping clients understand their wireless options, the Cellular Sales Representative contributes to sales results while supporting stronger everyday connectivity. Responsibilities of the Cellular Sales Representative Listen to clients' needs to pair them with mobile plans and data packages that align with their usage and financial goals. Explain mobile service features in everyday language, focusing on how they improve daily connectivity and convenience. Oversee account setups meticulously to avoid issues with activations or billing, ensuring a smooth start for every client. Help our clients with questions about upgrades, network reliability, and device configurations, building trust through clear and helpful communication. Monitor outreach and sales performance to align with team objectives for budget-friendly wireless solutions. Qualifications of a Cellular Sales Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in sales or client service is an advantage, but not required. Comfort with sales goals and motivation to meet daily outreach and activation targets. Organized workflow habits to track sales, notes, and client interactions.
