We're looking for a driven Mobile Expert to join our growing team and represent our client, AT&T —a trusted leader in sustainable communications solutions. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the customer journey, creating impactful first impressions, identifying needs, and delivering personalized solutions that build trust and repeat business. As Our Mobile Expert, You'll be responsible for: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions Approach customers to initiate conversations and help generate new sales opportunities Promote AT&T products and services with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm Drive sales performance through consultative selling and relationship-building Identify upselling opportunities to help bolster customer sales revenue Create a positive environment that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty Educate customers on product benefits, sustainability initiatives, and long-term value Consistently meet or exceed individual and Mobile Expert team sales goals Keep up-to-date knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to position to customers Deliver a seamless customer experience, from greeting to post-sales support Track orders and manage customer accounts, follow-ups, and sales activity to limit customer turnover
