We're looking for a polished, detail-oriented Customer Service & Office Coordinator to be the hub of our Carson office, the person clients trust with their orders and the teammate who keeps our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll manage client communications, enter and track orders with precision, and provide day-to-day office support to our sales team. With a catalog of 700-800 products, you'll become a true product expert and for the right person, this role is a launchpad into inside or outside sales. What You'll Do Serve as a first point of contact for clients by phone and email, delivering warm, professional customer service Enter, verify, and track client orders with a high degree of accuracy Support the sales team with quotes, order follow-up, and client records Handle general office administration: scheduling, correspondence, answering the phone and making inventory updates in addition to general office work as needed Learn our full product line (700-800 linens and fabrics) to guide clients toward the right selections Assisting occasionally with product photography What You'll Bring Solid work history, at least 2-3 years in each prior role, ideally in customer service Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR at least 6 years of customer services/office support experience Confidence working in computer systems, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Excellent written communication and sharp attention to detail A calm, solutions-first approach under pressure and tight event deadlines A collaborative style, you work well with teammates, vendors, and clients alike An eye for design: color, fabric, fashion, or interiors Nice to Have Photography skills (product or lifestyle) Background in hospitality, event management, or design Growth Path We promote from within.
