We operate a network of 250+ premium billboard locations across Southern California, including some of the most visible and high-traffic placements in the city. Our inventory supports campaigns for major brands across sports, tech, fashion, entertainment, and legal industries. Our office is located on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, where we operate a fast-paced, high-performance environment focused on execution, growth, and long-term relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to work inside a core part of the advertising industry, gain experience in real campaigns and major clients, and build skills in operations, sales, and business execution. Regency Outdoor Advertising is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as a key operational partner to the sales team, playing a direct role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and overall business success. This position is primarily responsible for day-to-day partner relationships and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage projects both independently and as part of a team. This individual demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where deadlines and precision are critical. Previous experience in sales or advertising is required. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound RFPs from platforms and direct client requests
  • Manage day-to-day client requests, including checking availability, placing holds, and sending creative specifications
  • Liaise with agencies and clients to ensure all obligations are met and campaigns are executed properly
  • Coordinate internally to ensure clients receive campaign deliverables such as POPs, Campaign Photos, and Glams
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Installations teams to keep campaigns on track
  • Maintain accurate deal and pipeline data within internal tools
  • Develop a strong understanding of products and solutions offered to advertisers
  • Communicate updates clearly across teams and proactively flag issues
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed across the Sales and Operations teams Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project management or client relationship experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
