Own the sales floor and drive revenue by converting foot traffic into loyal customers Ask smart questions, overcome objections, and tailor your pitch to each guest Inspire teammates by mentoring on selling behaviors and customer engagement Engage guests in hands-on product demos that spark curiosity and drive results Ring up customers with efficiency and charm, making checkout a delight Take pride in store visuals, cleanliness, and merchandising standards Know your numbers, track performance daily, and strive to outdo yourself Support new hires as a shadow partner and informal team trainer Suggest new ways to hit store goals and optimize performance
