We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales to support the daily operations of our Retail customer accounts. This is an account operations-focused sales position , not a general Sales Assistant or administrative role. The position will be responsible for managing the operational flow of assigned accounts, including order processing, open-order and backorder tracking, pricing verification, logistics coordination, customer claims, and account-related reporting. Candidates with previous experience in logistics, order management, sales support, or assistant roles within the consumer electronics, technology, retail, or distribution industry are preferred . This is also a strong opportunity for an experienced Sales Assistant who is ready to take on greater account ownership and operational responsibility. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and on time. Track open orders, backorders, allocations, and shipment status . Coordinate closely with the Logistics team on inventory, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery. Proactively follow up on delayed or outstanding orders. Verify customer pricing, promotional pricing, and approved sales programs. Review and process customer claims, deductions, credits, and supporting documentation . Maintain accurate order, pricing, claim, and account records. Support Account Managers with the daily operational needs of assigned Retail accounts. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and other internal teams to resolve account issues. Prepare and maintain sales, backlog, open-order, and account-related reports. Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and follow issues through completion. Key Skills & Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel skills . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy . Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities. Comfortable working with purchase orders, pricing, inventory, invoices, claims, and numerical data. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Previous experience in Logistics, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, Sales Support, or Assistant roles is preferred . Consumer electronics, PC/technology, retail, etail, or distribution industry experience is highly preferred. Experience working with Retail or Etail customer accounts is a plus. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
