What We're Looking For :

Previous experience in retail, insurance, phone sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required. Automotive sales or BDC experience preferred (not required) Strong phone and text communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online sales platforms.
