Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Management Manage qualified customer opportunities from initial engagement through contract, vehicle delivery, and post-sale follow-up. Work directly with commercial fleets, end users, business owners, fleet managers, and transportation companies. Understand customer operations, routes, payload requirements, vehicle utilization, and business objectives. Present Evolectric's electric truck solutions and communicate their operational, financial, and environmental benefits. Prepare proposals, quotations, and customer-specific business cases. Offer financing options available through Evolectric's financing partners and guide customers through the available options. Support negotiations and maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales process. Support post-sale customer needs and fleet expansion opportunities. EV Incentives & Programs Develop and maintain working relationships with federal, state, local, utility, and other organizations involved in EV incentive programs. Stay current on applicable EV incentives, grants, rebates, tax credits, and other programs. Educate customers on available incentives and their potential impact on the economics of an electric truck purchase. Support customers with incentive applications, documentation, requirements, and deadlines. Track incentive applications and follow up with customers and relevant organizations. Maintain an accurate incentive pipeline and report status, expected value, and upcoming deadlines to management. Identify new or changing incentive programs relevant to Evolectric's customers. CRM & Pipeline Management Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date with customer activity, communications, opportunities, next steps, and documentation. Maintain the commercial sales pipeline, including opportunity stage, probability, expected close date, vehicle information, and next steps. Maintain the incentive pipeline, including program, customer, application status, required documentation, deadlines, and expected incentive value. Prepare accurate sales and incentive pipeline reports and forecasts for management. Customer & Cross-Functional Support Represent Evolectric professionally at customer meetings, demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events. Support and coordinate vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and customer deliveries. Work closely with operations, engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure a smooth process from customer order through delivery. Support the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring a professional customer experience and smooth handoff. Provide customer and market feedback to the leadership and product teams. Collaborate with marketing on customer-facing materials and sales tools. What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in commercial trucks, transportation, fleet, automotive, or a related B2B industry. Experience managing customer opportunities and consistently following through on sales activities. Experience selling to business owners, fleet managers, transportation companies, or other commercial decision-makers. Strong understanding of the commercial truck market; Class 4-5 and/or Isuzu experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer and incentive processes. Strong computer and CRM skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demos, deliveries, trade shows, and industry events.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience selling electric vehicles, alternative-fuel vehicles, or transportation technology. Experience working with government, utility, or other EV incentive programs. Experience selling trucks to small and medium-sized fleets. Experience with last-mile delivery, food and beverage distribution, local delivery, or similar applications. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
