Apple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

In this position, you will manage a sizable B2B segment for one of Apple's largest carrier resellers of iPhone. You will partner internally and externally to formulate, present, and implement strategies and grow the business, leveraging your deep understanding of the carrier business and industry to respond to new market challenges, address risks, maximize opportunities, and create momentum. Through your deep relationship building skills and passion for solution-based selling, you will facilitate interactions and help negotiate deals across Apple product lines within Apple Business, resulting in industry leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem.

DescriptionIn this role, you will
  • Be the face of the B2B business for this partner in your region and for your B2B segment
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners at all levels, including executive decision-makers, and cultivate cross-functional connections within Apple to align objectives and secure optimal outcomes.
  • Identify new business opportunities, define and execute new models, outline negotiation strategies, and execute deals to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Guide initiatives to improve account performance and partner dedication to Apple products, facilitating all aspects of account management from day-to-day to strategic interactions
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize deals, including agreement drafting, and build a pipeline of longer-term opportunities in conjunction with other B2B teams
  • Understand partner challenges and perspectives, building strong business acumen and credibility to create the perfect intersection of Apple and partner objectives
  • Drive enablement initiatives that highlight the value of Apple in Business.
Preferred Qualifications8+ years of related experienceMBA is a plusStrategic thought leadership to inspire and influence across various levels and functionsForward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what mattersHigh level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what's rightFamiliarity with the wireless carrier market is highly preferredMinimum QualificationsTypically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBackground in technology sales, solution based selling, account development, consulting, or similar function developing channel growth strategies with partnersSignificant experience in carrier, wireless, and/or telecom business environmentExperience working with businesses across Small Business, Mid Markets, Enterprise, and/or Public SectorDeep knowledge and understanding of the carrier business (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.)Ability to establish processes and drive excellence that elevates your external and internal partnersExpertise in executive relationship managementOutstanding communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skillsAbility to analyze trends, develop insights, and identify opportunities to create solutions and accelerate business growthStrong negotiator and conflict resolver, trusted by HQ to manage complex contractsExcellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and navigate partner organizational structuresProven problem solver who enhances operations and elevates team performanceAbility to travel up to 50% (domestic)\
