We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. Role Overview As an Insurance Sales Representative at Fiesta Auto Insurance, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, managing the entire sales cycle for auto insurance policies right here on our retail sales floor. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn, build relationships, and help customers find the right insurance solutions. You'll engage with walk-in customers, understand their unique needs, and guide them through the process from initial contact to closing the sale. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage with walk-in customers on the sales floor, creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's auto insurance requirements. Develop and present tailored insurance solutions, explaining policy details clearly and concisely. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to successfully closing the sale. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor information. Utilize our systems to accurately quote policies, process applications, and manage customer information. Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn between $55,000 and $100,000 annually based on your performance and success. Qualifications Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have a personal vehicle. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be 18 or older. Must have access to a mobile device with cellular data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to help others. Enthusiasm for learning about insurance products and sales techniques.
