This full-time, in person paid position that provides hands-on training, professional development, and real-world sales experience selling Farmers Insurance products preparing you for future advancement opportunities within Farmers Insurance. You'll receive personalized coaching from a top-performing agent while learning every aspect of agency operations, from client management to new business development. To qualify you do need a Property & Casualty Insurance license to start and need to obtain a Life & Health insurance license within 90 Days of starting the program.
