This role focuses on relationship building, product knowledge, consistent follow-up, and execution of dealership sales processes to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, coachable, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Greet and assist showroom, phone, and internet customers professionally and promptly. Build rapport and identify customer needs through active listening and discovery. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, technology, and ownership advantages. Conduct effective test drives tailored to the customer's needs. Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Sales Process Execution Follow dealership sales process and CRM expectations consistently. Complete required customer profiles, notes, and follow-up tasks accurately. Work closely with managers to structure deals and present payment options. Maintain accountability for appointments, showroom traffic, and lead follow-up. Execute daily outbound prospecting activities including calls, texts, emails, and video communication. Lead Management Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone leads. Confirm appointments and maintain high show rates. Follow up with unsold customers and prior prospects consistently. Maintain organized pipeline management inside CRM. Product & Market Knowledge Stay current on manufacturer incentives, programs, and product updates. Develop strong understanding of competitor vehicles and market positioning. Communicate financing, leasing, and protection product options at a high level. Team & Culture Participate in daily huddles, trainings, and coaching sessions. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Uphold dealership standards for appearance, punctuality, and customer service. Contribute to a high-performance, accountability-driven culture. Performance Expectations Achieve monthly unit and gross profit targets. Maintain CRM compliance and follow-up standards. Meet appointment set/show/sold expectations. Maintain strong CSI and online reputation standards. Consistently execute daily activity expectations. Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with competitive drive. Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and mobile communication tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
