We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base. Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our plumbing services to homeowners, property managers, contractors, and families. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Success in this role is dependent on your capability to sell residential plumbing services, installations, and repairs. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and field visits. Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients. Meet with potential customers to understand their plumbing needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions. Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements. Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software. Drive sales through prospecting new leads and canvasing areas of service with direct sales efforts. Learn and uphold sales scripts that are designed to remove customer objections and allows customers to have options that meet their needs. Represent Ability Plumbing at community events, trade shows, and networking groups to increase brand visibility. Qualifications Minimum 2-years experience in sales in plumbing, construction, or home services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical services in simple, customer-friendly terms. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
