Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by managing proposals, RFPs, and client relationships, while actively bringing in new business, especially corporate accounts. Your contributions will directly impact revenue targets and help expand our market presence. This position offers a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with opportunities for career development. At least 1 year sales experience is required.
Duties:
Close sales, manage proposals, RFPs, and incoming inquiries efficiently. Generate new leads and develop strategies to acquire corporate clients. Attend events with the GM to promote the brand and boost sales. Maintain account sheets, CRM updates, and timely follow-ups. Manage guest reviews and ensure high customer satisfaction. Conduct market research, product demos, and direct sales efforts, including cold calling. Negotiate contracts and pricing to support upselling and retention. Cover front desk duties when necessary. Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B or outside sales, business development, and lead generation. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and account management skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Opera, or similar). Training available if needed. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Proactive, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
