Overview We are hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team in El Monte, CA. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant who can assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, develop leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and consistently work toward individual and dealership sales goals. Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle selection and provide a professional dealership experience. Present vehicle features, options, and available products to customers. Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective customers. Develop and maintain customer leads through dealership leads, referrals, social media, and personal networking. Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to complete vehicle transactions. Maintain accurate customer and deal information in dealership systems. Follow up with customers after delivery and help generate customer reviews and referrals. Meet monthly vehicle sales and performance goals. Assist with vehicle acquisition and lead generation opportunities when applicable. Follow dealership policies and complete other Sales-related duties as assigned. Experience Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Ability to follow up consistently with leads and customers. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
