The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of the home improvement industry, with a proven track record in-home sales. Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is a top-notch Southern California contractor focused on providing premium residential HVAC and Plumbing services with a commitment to outstanding customer care . Responsibilities:

Deliver a great client experience by educating clients in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment. Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to offer various solutions to their HVAC needs Answer any customer questions and inform them of any information about their equipment. Recommend tailored solutions that meet the needs of individual clients. Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager. Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities. Attend office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting

Qualifications:

HVAC experience is not required, but a plus. B2C Sales Experience or aptitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets. Strong decision-making abilities Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $50k-$150k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
