COSTCO ROADSHOW SALES REPRESENTATIVE

NorCal Spas is looking for outgoing, motivated salespeople to represent NorCal Spas and Bullfrog Spas at 10-day Costco Roadshow events throughout Northern California. This is an event-based independent contractor (1099) opportunity with potential to be considered for a permanent position with our growing sales team based on performance.

COMPENSATION

$1,000 base per completed 10-day event $250 per qualifying spa sold $500 bonus at 10-12 sales $1,000 bonus at 13+ sales Our Costco Roadshows generally produce approximately 5-15 spa sales per event, with some events reaching 20 sales. Results vary by event and are not guaranteed.

Sales experience preferred Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers Motivated and commission-driven Professional, dependable, and trustworthy Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable selling premium, high-ticket products Available for the full 10-day Roadshow engagement Able to professionally represent NorCal Spas and strictly follow all applicable Costco vendor and conduct requirements Costco maintains strict standards for its vendors. Professional conduct and compliance with Costco requirements are mandatory. High-performing representatives may be considered for permanent sales opportunities with NorCal Spas following the Roadshow.
