This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping potential members take the first step toward reaching their fitness goals. P osition Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and following up with leads, scheduling consultations, conducting gym tours, and converting prospective members into paying clients. We're looking for someone who is confident communicating by phone, text, email, and in person and who is comfortable working toward sales goals. Responsibilities Respond to new leads quickly and professionally Make outbound calls and send texts to prospective members Follow up consistently with leads who have expressed interest Schedule fitness consultations and trial sessions Explain Elite Performance Gym's programs and membership options Identify each prospect's goals and recommend the appropriate membership or training program Close membership and personal training sales Follow up with prospects who do not enroll immediately Re-engage old leads and former members Maintain accurate notes and lead status in our CRM Track sales activity, appointments, show rates, and conversions Meet weekly and monthly sales goals Work closely with coaches and management to create a great experience for new members Assist with community events, promotions, and lead-generation efforts when needed Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and people skills Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up consistently Confident asking for the sale and handling objections Organized and able to manage multiple leads at different stages Positive, energetic, dependable, and professional Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable using basic CRM, texting, email, and scheduling software Passion for fitness, health, and helping others is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who is hungry, coachable, competitive, and personable . You should be comfortable starting conversations, building relationships, following up multiple times, and asking potential members to commit. This is not a position where you simply wait for people to walk through the door. We are looking for someone who will actively work the leads, create opportunities, and help grow the gym.
