Desert Tree Spraying is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Tree & Plant Care Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in tree care, plant health, horticulture, landscaping, pest control, or a related field who can identify common tree and plant diseases, insects, nutrient deficiencies, and other health issues and recommend the appropriate treatment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field, performing plant health treatments, communicating professionally with homeowners and commercial clients, and providing exceptional customer service. A QAL license is valuable, but not required, yet experience in related fields of pest control, lawn and yard care, and tree trimming will be adequate. Must have hands-on experience operating and safely applying treatments with boom spray equipment, including proper calibration, application rates, and coverage. We are also looking for someone with a strong sales background and a natural ability to identify opportunities in the field . While inspecting and servicing properties, you will be expected to recognize additional tree, plant, and landscape needs, explain solutions to customers, generate leads, and close new service opportunities. The right candidate will be a combination of a field specialist, problem-solver, and salesperson who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, professional, and wants the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
