You'll be hired into ONE brand , with the support and career opportunities of a larger automotive organization. Experience Welcome. Potential Matters Too. We're interested in: Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals ready to produce and grow Luxury Sales Professionals with experience selling premium products or delivering a high-end customer experience Entry-Level Sales Professionals & Career Changers from retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless, real estate, fitness, or other sales environments What You'll Do Build relationships with customers and identify their needs Present and demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives Work with internet leads, appointments, and follow-up Develop repeat and referral business Partner with Sales Management and Finance to deliver an exceptional buying experience Work toward individual and dealership sales goals What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Valid sales license or ability to obtain one Driven, confident, and customer-focused Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with technology and CRM systems Coachable and motivated to improve Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Ready to take the next step?
