If a candidate is selected but does not yet possess this license, they will be hired initially as a Sales Scheduler (paid at minimum wage and capped at 35 hours/week). Upon successfully obtaining the HIS license, the employee will transition into the Solar Sales Direct Seller role, which is 100% commission-based.
