PAY:
$60k - $70k+ per year which includes a base pay of $22.00 per hour and 3% gross profit of sales. Overtime is paid at a rate of time and a half ($33.00 per hour). This position is 48 hours per week. Full benefits included.

YOU WILL DO
Associate is responsible for learning the total operations of the location. This includes sales, creating material estimates from blueprints, inventory control, building loads for delivery, loading/unloading freight and maintaining physical location plant. Associate must complete course of study as outlined within assigned time frame and must be willing to relocate for management position .
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
You'll work in both indoor and outdoor settings, assisting customers in all weather conditions ( wet, humid, hot, or cold). This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 80 pounds), and other physical activities. You may also work around machinery and airborne particles.
