We partner with Costco to bring our professional HVAC services directly to their members, offering convenient access to quality heating and cooling solutions. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Lead Generator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be stationed at designated kiosks within Costco locations, engaging with members to schedule free in-home consultations for HVAC services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction and has a passion for helping customers find solutions to their home comfort needs.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Proactively greet and engage Costco members in friendly, informative conversations about their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs

Lead Generation:

Identify qualified prospects and schedule free in-home consultations with our HVAC specialists

Product Education:

Communicate the benefits of our heating, cooling, and plumbing services to potential customers

Relationship Building:

Maintain positive relationships with Costco store associates and management

Goal Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly appointment generation targets and

KPIs Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system

Professional Representation:

Present a professional appearance that enhances White Mechanical Inc.'s partnership with Costco Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year lead generation or sales experience At least 2 years of customer service experience Excellent verbal communication abilities with strong listening skills Ability to stand and/or walk for 4-6 hours during shifts Proficiency with smartphones, apps, email, and basic office equipment Availability to work weekends and various shift times Reliable transportation to assigned Costco locations Ideal Candidate Profile Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality Resilient and able to handle rejection positively Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently Comfortable asking open-ended questions to understand customer needs Ability to guide conversations toward scheduling commitments

What We Offer Competitive Compensation:

Base hourly rate of $20 plus commission opportunities
