This is a part-time position with the following weekly hours (approximately 18 hours per week):
Thursday:
3:00 PM•7:00
PM Friday:
10:00 AM•3:00
PM Saturday:
10:00 AM•3:00
PM Sunday:
10:00 AM•3:00
PM Benefits:

Requirements:
Outgoing, confident personality — comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations. Strong communication and active listening skills. Previous experience in retail, sales, lead generation, canvassing, promotions, or customer service preferred. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset. Able to stand for the duration of your shift and remain energetic and engaged throughout. Reliable transportation to the assigned Pleasanton or Livermore location. Basic comfort with smartphones and tablets for entering leads and scheduling appointments. Must be available to work the scheduled part-time hours: Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. HVAC, home improvement, or home services experience is a plus but not required — full training provided. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Position Summary:
Step into a structured, performance-driven Lead Setter — HVAC Sales role where attention to detail, thoughtful conversations, and consistent execution drive results. In this part-time position, you'll engage homeowners, identify qualified opportunities, and guide them toward scheduling HVAC consultations—earning $22•25/hr plus uncapped commissions . This role is ideal for someone who communicates with clarity, asks the right questions, and values accuracy as much as results. Success comes from following proven processes, building trust through precision, and confidently guiding customers to the next step—turning quality conversations into measurable outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers walking through the HVAC, appliance, and home services sections of the store. Initiate friendly, professional conversations to identify homeowners with aging, inefficient, or failing HVAC systems. Educate customers on the benefits of HVAC system replacements, preventative maintenance, and seasonal tune-ups. Qualify leads by asking targeted questions about home size, system age, recent repairs, comfort issues, and energy bills. Schedule free in-home estimates and tune-up appointments directly into the company calendar. Accurately collect and enter customer contact information into the lead tracking system (CRM).
Pay:
$22.00•$25.00 per hour
