Job Description

Love sales, people, fitness — and building a great team? We're looking for a confident, energetic Sales / Studio Manager to lead our sales team, grow membership and help create a studio people genuinely love coming to. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management job. You'll be selling, coaching your team, staying on top of the numbers, connecting with members, planning events and finding creative ways to grow the studio. We own multiple Club Pilates studios, so there's real opportunity to grow with us and take on more responsibility over time.

What You'll DoSell & Grow Personally sell memberships and lead by example Coach your sales team and keep everyone focused on their goals Stay on top of leads, follow-up, conversions and overall sales performance Grow memberships, private training, retail and teacher training Build local partnerships and get the studio out into the community Plan promotions, referral programs, member events and other lead-generation and retention activities Help keep our social media active, local and engaging Lead Your Team Hire, train, coach and supervise Sales Associates Create schedules, set expectations and hold your team accountable Recognize when someone needs help and coach them to improve Create a positive, professional and results-oriented team culture Take Care of Your Studio Get to know our members and make sure they genuinely love coming to the studio Partner with instructors to keep members engaged and create a great studio experience Handle member concerns with confidence and good judgment Keep the studio beautiful, welcoming and organized Manage inventory, vendors, membership issues and other day-to-day studio needs Work closely with your District Manager and our leadership team on studio goals, new ideas and special projects Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need to come from Pilates, but you do need to know how to sell and lead people. 2+ years of sales experience in fitness, retail, hospitality or another service-based business Experience managing, coaching or developing a team Comfortable with sales goals, numbers and accountability Warm, confident and able to have difficult conversations when needed Organized, reliable and good at juggling people, priorities and details A self-starter who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative Strong communication skills and good judgment An interest in fitness and wellness — Pilates enthusiasm is a plus If you love people, enjoy developing a team and get a little thrill from beating a sales goal, we'd love to meet you. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
