We are expanding throughout the Inland Empire to meet growing client demand. With plans to significantly expand our team before the end of the year, we are looking for a motivated Sales Team Member to join our growing organization and help support the success of our sales team. The Sales Team Member plays an important role in helping our team achieve daily sales goals, maintain a positive customer experience, and professionally represent our clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is ready to take on additional responsibility in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Sales Team Member, you will work directly with customers while also helping guide, motivate, and support other members of the sales team. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship designed to strengthen your leadership, sales, communication, and customer service skills while preparing you for continued advancement.

Sales Team Member Responsibilities:

Work with fellow team members to conduct targeted community outreach and sales initiatives on behalf of our clients Utilize your personality and communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate our clients products and services to prospective customers Ask the necessary questions to develop an understanding of each customer's individual needs and provide the best solutions for them Assist new customers through the enrollment process Answer any questions or concerns accurately and professionally Track all sales and enrollment information

Sales Team Member Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old This is an entry level position, therefore no prior experience is required, however some experience in a customer facing role is a plus! Comfortable working with a wide range of people and group sizes Able to commute to our office on a daily basis Able to work full time and start immediately If you are motivated by goals, enjoy working with people, and are ready to take on more responsibility, the Sales Team Member position provides an opportunity to build practical leadership experience while contributing to the growth of our team and clients.
