Role Description The team oversees daily sales operations, and ensuring a high level of customer service on-site at our Morgan Hill, CA location. This is an on-site role that involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their project needs, and recommending appropriate Benjamin Moore products, wallcoverings, and decorative finishes. The team will oversee merchandising and inventory presentation, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Qualifications Strong retail sales and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Basic inventory, merchandising, and store operations skills, including managing stock levels and maintaining product displays. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product details in accessible terms. Experience or interest in paint, décor, or home improvement products; familiarity with Benjamin Moore offerings is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform typical retail physical tasks safely. Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills for orders, reporting, and scheduling. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, design, or related fields is beneficial.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
