Telecommunications Associate

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Telecommunications Associate to join our team and represent Verizon's advanced telecommunications solutions. This role combines hands-on sales experience, customer engagement excellence, and professional customer service that will turn anyone into a lifelong client. As an Telecommunications Associate, you'll learn the ins and outs of the sales process—from prospecting and engaging customers to closing deals and leading by example. This position will receive extensive training to get acquainted with Verizon Wireless products, engagement techniques and how to promote brands in various settings.

Telecommunications Associate Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to introduce and promote Verizon's cutting-edge connectivity services through engaging sales presentations. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding each customer's needs and matching them with the best solutions available. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity in every interaction. Identify new sales opportunities and use effective strategies to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up customer service efforts. Mentor and collaborate with other sales team members to improve skills, share insights, and achieve collective success. Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and management capabilities.

Telecommunications Associate Qualifications:

Strong interest in sales, leadership, and professional growth. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or another customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn. Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a sales team. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay:

$3,900.00 - $4,300.00 per month
