Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Sales & Accounting Coordinator to support hotel sales activities, accounting functions, and daily administrative operations. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assist multiple departments based on business needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales, revenue, and client-related activities
  • Assist with general accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
  • Perform purchasing, receiving, inventory, and cash-handling duties
  • Assist with tax-related reporting, including Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)
  • Support front desk and operational needs as required
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
  • Work collaboratively with all departments and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, sales, or accounting Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages a plus Experience with Opera PMS preferred Experience with Delphi Sales Program preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to fluctuating hotel business needs Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to stand, move, bend, and perform physical tasks as required Must work collaboratively with all departments and assist where needed Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business level
