Pay:

$50,000 - $55,000/year + bonus opportunities

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Location:

Oxnard, CA What You'll Be Doing:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Track and manage leads through Salesforce CRM Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders and deliveries stay on track Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and administrative support Attend occasional local trade shows and networking events

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account coordination, or administrative support Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads Strong communication and multitasking skills Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, ShipStation, or ERP systems is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Excel and computer systems Organized, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, sales support, and administrative coordination in a collaborative office environment.
