We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Lead to help oversee and support our growing sales team representing Spectrum, Frontier & Verizon Home and Mobile Services at community events, retail locations, supermarkets, malls, fairs, and other high-traffic venues. As a Field Sales Lead, you will not only drive sales and customer engagement but also assist with team development, training, motivation, and day-to-day field operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who is ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Spectrum, Frontier & Verizon Home and Mobile services at scheduled community events and retail locations. Lead by example through active customer engagement and sales production. Support, motivate, and assist Field Sales Representatives during events and daily operations. Help train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions. Monitor team performance and assist in driving sales goals and lead generation. Build rapport with potential customers and recommend the best Internet, TV, and Mobile solutions. Track and report sales activity, customer interactions, and field feedback. Stay up-to-date with current promotions, products, and competitive offerings. Assist with booth setup, event coordination, and maintaining a strong team presence in the field.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in sales leadership, wireless sales, telecom sales, retail sales, or direct marketing. Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills with an outgoing personality. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead by example. Must have reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
