Overview Are you passionate about automobiles and driven to connect customers with their perfect new vehicle? As a New Car Sales Representative, you will be the dynamic face of our dealership, inspiring confidence and excitement in every prospective buyer. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will help turn leads into loyal customers, fueling our growth and reputation. This role offers an engaging environment where your sales expertise can truly shine, empowering you to build lasting relationships and achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate new sales opportunities Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position vehicles Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages referrals and repeat business Experience Proven success in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the automobile industry or B2B (business-to-business) sales Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions confidently Experience with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer interactions Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities can help reach diverse customer bases Familiarity with inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for handling multiple clients simultaneously Previous dealership experience or background in automotive sales is highly desirable Ability to excel in outbound sales efforts including cold calling and marketing outreach while maintaining professional phone etiquette Join us as a New Car Sales Representative and accelerate your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
