We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a well-established transportation company in Oxnard. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience with a dynamic team while covering a temporary leave of absence. What You'll Do Prepare quotes, invoices, and itineraries using QuickBooks and internal software Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide professional, friendly, and prompt communication with customers Coordinate closely with the Operations team and drivers to ensure smooth service delivery Conduct outside sales visits and follow up with prospective clients Resolve customer concerns and complaints while ensuring a positive experience Identify customer needs and help translate those needs into service orders Partner with management to deliver exceptional customer service Support business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities Represent the company throughout the local community and surrounding areas What We're Looking For Previous sales, customer service, account management, or inside sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong phone and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused attitude Reliable transportation for local client visits Why Apply?
