Scott Premium Closures is growing, and we're looking for an Outside Sales Representative - Pacific Northwest to join our team! Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned Pacific Northwest territory. This field-based role develops new business, strengthens existing winery and distributor relationships, and represents our portfolio of premium wine closure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow an assigned Pacific Northwest sales territory
- Develop strong relationships with existing wineries, distributors, and industry accounts
- Prospect for and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and territory plan
- Present and recommend closure solutions based on customer needs and applications
- Prepare quotes and coordinate orders in accordance with company pricing and procedures
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, forecasts, and account information
- Represent Scott Premium Closures at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
Qualifications - 3+ years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience
- Wine, beverage, packaging, closures, or related technical sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to grow a territory, develop accounts, and achieve sales objectives
- Strong relationship-building, prospecting, organization, and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Enology, Viticulture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout Pacific Northwest, with occasional overnight travel
