Job Description

Business Development Representative In Home Care Qualicare, Orange County Central Placentia, CA Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $75,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Business Development Representative — Home Care Qualicare Orange County | Orange County, CA | Full-time | Base + Performance Bonus Help families across Orange County find the home care they can trust. Qualicare is a nurse-managed home care provider built around a simple promise: families deserve more than a caregiver who shows up — they deserve a clinical partner who advocates for their loved one. Our 360° care model combines nursing oversight, personalized care plans, and tight collaboration with hospitals, retirement residences, and family physicians. We are growing across Orange County and looking for a Business Development Representative who is energized by relationships, motivated by impact, and ready to be the trusted face of Qualicare in our community. What you'll do Build and grow a referral pipeline of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabs, assisted living and MCs, primary care and geriatric physicians, hospital case managers, discharge planners, hospice agencies, and community organizations. Conduct 25-40 in-person and virtual outreach touchpoints per week across your territory. Host educational lunch-and-learns, attend community events, and represent Qualicare at industry meetings. Partner with our Care team to ensure a seamless handoff from referral to service start. Track all activity in our CRM, report weekly on pipeline and conversion, and adjust your outreach based on what is working. Help shape and execute our local marketing presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and through community sponsorships. Who you are 1-3+ years in business development, sales, healthcare liaison, account management, community outreach, or a similar relationship-driven role. You genuinely enjoy meeting people and you don't need to be told to follow up. You handle a \"no\" with grace and a \"not yet\" with persistence. You can speak comfortably with a hospital discharge planner one hour and a worried adult child the next. You're organized, CRM-comfortable, and you treat your calendar like a sales tool. Healthcare, senior living, home care, hospice, pharma, or medical device experience is a strong asset — but heart, hustle, and credibility matter more than the resume on paper. Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle (territory work is in-person). What we offer Competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to clear, achievable targets. Mileage and expense reimbursement; mobile and laptop provided. Direct mentorship from the franchise owner and access to Qualicare's national playbook, sales system, and CRM. A genuinely meaningful product — every referral you bring in helps a family in Orange County care for someone they love.
Real growth runway:
this is a foundational hire, and the candidate who delivers can grow into a senior or leadership role.
